With the continuous progress of scientific level, various
coating commodities are also being added. How to select the appropriate spraying
machine for construction is a question that every constructor needs to pay
attention to.

Only by selecting suitable spraying equipment can our painting
become more energy-saving, efficient and complete. Today, let's know the
classification and respective characteristics of spraying equipment. Generally
speaking, fluid spraying equipment can be divided into three
categories:

1. Air spraying equipment

This kind of equipment has a low utilization rate of paint. The
paint transmission power is only about 30%, and the wave-like spray often causes
defects such as rebound and overspray. Not only wasted the paint, but also
caused considerable pollution to the environment. Due to the direct touch
between the coating and compressed air, the compressed air needs to be purified.
Otherwise, the water and oil in the compressed air mixed with the coating will
cause the coating to suffer from defects such as bubbles, whitening and loss of
light.

2. High-pressure airless spraying
equipment

Using this kind of equipment can make users more satisfied with
the power of construction. Because this kind of equipment can improve the
adhesion of paint and extend the life of coating. High-pressure airless spraying
adopts high-pressure spray atomization to enable the coating particles to obtain
strong kinetic energy, and the coating particles can shoot into the open space
of the workpiece by this kinetic energy, thus making the coating denser,
enhancing the mechanical biting force with the workpiece, improving the
adhesion, and effectively prolonging the service life of the coating.

3. Electrostatic spraying equipment

Electrostatic spraying can be combined with air and mixed gas
spraying and combine their respective advantages to form a new spraying method.
When a DC high voltage is applied between the grounded workpiece and the spray
gun, an electrostatic field will occur. When negatively charged coating
particles are sprayed onto the workpiece, they will be evenly deposited on the
surface of the workpiece through collision with each other. Those coating
particles scattered near the workpiece are still within the effect range of the
electrostatic field. However, electrostatic spraying has certain requirements on
the viscosity and conductivity of the coating. Not all coatings are suitable for
electrostatic spraying, and the equipment investment is relatively
large.

When users use spraying equipment, they must know and understand
their own needs so that they can use such equipment very well. If you have any
